SPOTO Partner Terms

Partners can create a Tournament by specifying the sport, venue, dates, registration deadline, Participation Fee, Prize Money and format. Once published, the Tournament becomes discoverable to Teams and Players on the Platform.

Partners may set Tournament-specific rules (such as match duration, squad size, or substitution rules) in addition to these Terms. Custom rules must not conflict with applicable law or with the safety expectations set out in these Terms.

Partners can use the Platform's promotional tools to reach nearby Teams and Players. SPOTO does not guarantee a specific number of registrations for any Tournament.

Partners can track incoming Team and Player registrations, review eligibility information submitted at registration, and manage the registered-teams list through the Partner dashboard.

Participation Fees are collected through the Platform's payment gateway on the Partner's behalf and settled to the Partner according to the Platform's standard settlement schedule, less any applicable platform fee agreed at Tournament creation.

Partners can use the Platform's automated fixture and bracket tools, or configure fixtures manually, and are responsible for confirming and publishing the final fixture to participants.

Partners are responsible for securing the Tournament venue, any required permissions, and ensuring the venue is reasonably safe for participants and spectators.

Partners can browse and request Referees through the Platform for their Matches, and are responsible for confirming Referee bookings with enough notice.

Partners (or their designated scorer/Referee) are responsible for entering live scores and confirming final Match and Tournament results on the Platform.

Partners are responsible for funding and distributing any Prize Money they advertise, subject to any Sponsor contributions. Partners may seek Sponsors through the Platform's sponsorship tools, as described in the Sponsors sections of the main Terms & Conditions.

Amounts collected on the Partner's behalf (net of any agreed platform fee) are settled to the Partner's registered bank account according to the Platform's standard settlement cycle, subject to the payment provider's processing timelines.

Partners must provide accurate Tournament information, honour the rules and Prize Money they publish, communicate schedule changes promptly, and comply with all applicable laws relevant to organising a sporting event, including safety and local permissions.

Where a Partner cancels a Tournament, refund handling of collected Participation Fees follows the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Partners are expected to cooperate promptly with any refund process required under that policy.

Partners must comply with applicable Indian law in organising and running their Tournament, including any local permissions required for public sporting events, and must not use the Platform to run an unlawful activity.
