Support Your Champions

Audience members may voluntarily send a Tip — a small optional payment — to a Player or Team they want to support, where this feature is enabled for a Tournament or profile.

Tips are a voluntary gesture of support. They are not, and must not be treated as, payment for a match outcome, a Referee's decision, a Tournament advantage, a playing opportunity, or any guaranteed performance. Attempting to use a Tip to influence a Match outcome or Referee decision is a violation of these Terms.

You choose the amount and recipient, and confirm the transaction through the Platform's payment gateway. A record of the Tip appears in your transaction history and, where enabled, may be visible to the recipient and other Users as a mark of support.

Successful Tips are generally non-refundable, since they are a voluntary transfer rather than a purchase of goods or services. Refunds may apply where a Tip results from a failed transaction, technical error, confirmed fraud, or as otherwise required by applicable law — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

SPOTO monitors Tip transactions for signs of fraud, such as stolen payment methods or attempts to launder funds through repeated small Tips. Suspicious transactions may be held, reversed, or reported as required by law.

Tip transactions are processed through the Platform's third-party, RBI-regulated payment gateway provider, subject to that provider's own transaction limits and security checks.
