Free, no-stake audience engagement — how it works
SPOTO's Prediction feature lets Audience Members guess the outcome of a Match for fun. It is designed purely for audience engagement: it does not require you to stake, wager or deposit any money, and does not expose you to any monetary loss for an incorrect Prediction.
You must have a SPOTO account in good standing to submit a Prediction. Where a specific promotion linked to Predictions has additional eligibility criteria (such as a geographic or age restriction required by applicable law), these will be displayed with that promotion.
Predictions must be submitted before the deadline shown for the relevant Match (typically before the Match begins or before a stated cut-off). Each account may submit one Prediction per Match unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
A Prediction is resolved against the official Match result as confirmed by the Referee or Partner on the Platform. SPOTO's published Match result is treated as final for the purpose of resolving Predictions.
Where a promotional reward is offered for correct or participating Predictions, eligibility, reward type and any limits are set out in the specific promotion's published rules at the time it runs. Rewards are promotional in nature and are not a payout of staked funds, since Predictions never involve a stake.
SPOTO monitors for suspicious activity such as coordinated multiple-account use intended to manipulate Prediction outcomes or reward eligibility. Accounts found to be engaged in such activity may be disqualified from a promotion and/or suspended.
Each individual may hold and use only one SPOTO account for Prediction purposes. Use of multiple accounts to gain additional Prediction entries or rewards is prohibited.
Where applicable law restricts a specific promotional reward by geography or age, those restrictions will be displayed with the relevant promotion. It is your responsibility to confirm you meet any stated restrictions before participating.
SPOTO may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Prediction feature or any specific promotion at any time, including where required to comply with applicable law or regulation. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice of material changes through the Platform.
The Prediction feature is designed to operate as a free, no-stake engagement activity rather than betting or gambling, consistent with applicable Indian law. SPOTO does not represent that every possible prediction-style feature is lawful in every state or jurisdiction; where local restrictions apply, SPOTO may adjust or disable the feature for affected users.
